And also, you can only use two scrws becuase the HD cage does not allow you to use any other screws to secure the facia.The top does not have a fire wire port (missed seeing that as a feature) but if you are like me who needs fire wire at any time, i would definitely NOT have it in the back.I have ordered a Cooler Master Cosmos S ATX Full Tower Case Black- (RC-1100-KKN1-GP)from Amazon, hich i have checked does not use obsolete technology like Antec in fan connectors and tool less design. (If Antec knows this, then they do not ship any convertors with the case, go figure).Second - It is not a tool less chassis, as a matter of fact, taking out the fan for installing a hard drive bay is probably the biggest pain in the wrong place.
This case dissapoints for folks like those. It is like throwing in the looks of a 2010 car, but the engine from 2000.Pros:Large caseGood ventilationLove the blue LED in fansAverage stuff one can expect in any high end caseCons:Biggest turn off factor (and they dont tell you this in any product descrition) - the chassis fan connectors are molex.
Here is the deal- most of us who are looking at purchasing this kind of a case are advanced users who need bigger space, better ventilation etc so we can put all the latest and greatest stuff inside. Frustrating.
I have a ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 and i cannot connect them on the motherboard. I have a NZXT Sentry and they have a pin configuration as well.
After you do that, the front grill does not fit well and protudes 2 mm spoiling the front clean look. This is certainly going back.
Here is a monolithic obelisk of a case worthy of any PC enthusiast. High air flow, great design, and lots of space. The reviews on here say all that I think of this case.
its big, steal, lighter than you might expect until you load it up with all the goodies that belong in there.(obviously) wonderful air flow, i dont water cool but its nice to know i could easily water cool, especially since antec sells a radiator for the top fan on their website. best case. plenty of drive bays, my friend got the antec 900 because he has to bring it to school with him and that is still a very good case but i have a much easier time working in the 1200 due to all the extra space., wish they could have put more room for cabling but then my coolermaster v8 would not have fit. EVER. just dont move it a lot, u might pull something. and for cons. uhh doesnt print $100's, that would be nice, heck id get two cases
Case is one of the best I've ever owned. I've had this issue with a lot of other orders also ever since signing up for Prime. Lots of room and very sturdy except for the plastic top which is held on by just a few small clips. Reason I dinged two stars is it seems amazon has been sending customer returns as new, or they really suck at shipping. The window on the case I received had a ton of scratches and some of the parts of the case were damaged (the parts wrapped entirely in foam during shipping). Box also had a previous shipping label attached.
